IM BACKKKKKK!!!!!!!!!!!


ok so I took a little break from running. I'm back and training for my next marathon that is in less than 8 weeks. The Run 4 Missions 5k was this past weekend. I had my 2nd fastest time but I was actually really proud of the consistency of the pace. I tried to hold a 7:1 ratio. EVERY run I do now regardless of low long or how far I try to run 7 minute and take a 1 minute walk break. This is my goal for the marathon. I want to chill and actually enjoy it without killing myself.
